All aboard, it's the gravy boat!

  • 7 tablespoons butter
  • 7 tablespoons flour
  • 4 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons salt
  1. Melt the butter, then add the flour over med heat
  2. Blend thoroughly until a paste.
  3. Slowly add the broth, salt and pepper and blend until mixture thickens.
