Egg Yolk Pasta
Like normal pasta but with yummy yolks.

Serves: 4
  • 255 grams all purpose flour
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoo0n kosher salt
  1. Mix wet ingredients in bowl
  2. Make a well with the flour
  3. Pour egg mixture in well
  4. Slowly swirl flour from inside of well into the eggs
  5. Start flolding over the flour into the eggs
  6. Knead the dough
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours
  8. Sit our 1 hour before rolling
