Dill Sauce
I think it goes over fish.

Serves: 4
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons dill weed
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  1. In a small sauce pan, cook the onion in the butter till tender.
  2. Stir in the flour, Dill and lemon juice.
  3. Add the Milk and stir till the sauce thickens, stiring constantly.
