- 12 Large Eggs
- 100 grams Red Bell Pepper - Diced
- 6 Slices Canadian Bacon - Diced
- 50 grams Shredded Cheddar
- Salt and Pepper
Pre-heat over to 350
Dice Peppers, Canadian Bacon. Optional Onions. I used dehydrated.
Spray a 12 count muffin tray
Whip the hell out the eggs, introduce a lot of air. Fill each section about 3/4 of the way with egg.
Sprinkle goodies in each one, this way everything is even and doesn't sink to the bottom of the egg bowl. Stir a little.
Bake for 25 minutes
