- 1 cup strong coffee
- 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup, plus extra for topping and sides of cup.
- ¼ cup (61 g) whole milk
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon xanthan gum
- whipped cream, or cool whip for topping
- Add ice, espresso, chocolate syrup, milk, and sugar to a blender and puree until smooth.
- Pour equally into two tall glasses.
- Top each drink with whipped cream and more chocolate syrup.
